Our appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. If you have an emergency, please call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency. If necessary, we will refer you to one of our preferred emergency partners. Please see the emergency section below.
We will do our best to accommodate emergencies but as we are quite often fully booked we may feel it’s best for you to go directly to one of Vancouver’s specialized emergency clinics.
